हिटलर और मोदी : God Forbid .....!

फिर से आप-हम मिल रहे है, लेकिन अब हिंदी में बात करेंगे।  

      हम बात कर रहे हैं जर्मनी के तानाशाह हिटलर की।  पिछली बार हमने देखा कि हिटलर ने जेल में किताब लिखवाई, जेल में भी उसकी मुलाक़ात गुंडों से होती रही और अपने हिंसक विचारों के कारण लोगों में हिटलर एक हीरो बनता गया। जर्मनी में युवाओं में और सब लोगों में उसकी कीर्ति फ़ैल गई थी।  वह सब लोगों को लुभाने लगा था।  उसको मिलने लोग बेचैन हो रहे थे।  यह सब ठीक उसी तरह हो रहा था जैसे आज गुजरात के मोदी 'साहेब' की रेली में भीड़ उमड़ पड़ती है ! हिटलर भी कुछ कम लोकप्रिय नहीं था।  उसने लोगों के दिलों में ख़ास जगह बनाई थी। यहाँ हम ख़ास कर के हिटलर और नरेंद्र मोदी दोनों के जीवन में नजर करेंगे और देखेंगे कि इनमे क्या क्या समानता है। 

सबसे पहली समानता :
फरवरी महीना : एक तरफ रिश्ताग जला, एक तरफ गोधरा ट्रेन : 

     हिटलर के जीवन में फरवरी महिने का बहुत मूल्य है।  हमारे भारत में जो स्थान लोकसभा या संसद का है वह स्थान जर्मनी में रिश्ताग (Reichstag) का है।  रिश्ताग वहाँ की संसद कही जाती थी। फरवरी 27, 1933 की एक शाम को रिश्ताग को आग लगी (जिसके बारे में जानकारी बाहर आई कि वह हिटलर के ही आदमियों ने लगाई थी।) और उसके बारे में हिटलर के लोगों ने प्रचार किया कि वह आग साम्यवादियों ने लगाई थी ! मोदी के जीवन में भी फरवरी माह बड़ा महत्व रखता है।  गुजरात के गोधरा शहर में रेलवे स्टेसन के पास फरवरी 27, 2002 के दिन 'साबरमती एक्सप्रेस' नामक ट्रेन के एस-6 डिब्बे को जलाया गया और उसमे 58 यात्री, कथित रूप से सब हिन्दू, जलाकर मार दिए गए।  यह आग कथित रूप से मुस्लिमों ने लगाई, ऐसा प्रचार किया गया। हिटलर अपने विरोधियों के बारे में बहुत ही जूठा प्रचार कर सकता था, मोदी भी वह कर सकते हैं।  

हिटलर ने जेल में पुस्तक लिखी; मोदी ने आपातकाल में ! 

        हिटलर ने बावेरिया प्रांत की सरकार को पदभ्रष्ट करने का प्रयास किया और उसमे असफल रहने के कारण उसको जेल जाना पड़ा।  एक स्थापित सरकार के खिलाफ बगावत करने के आरोप में उसको 1924 की पूरी साल जेल में ही बितानी पड़ी।  लेकिन जेल में उसको उसके जैसा ही एक गुंडा साथी मिल गया - रुडोल्फ हेस।  उसके पास हिटलर ने किताब लिखाई। उसमे उसने आदर्श जर्मनी की बात लिखवाई।  वह किताब बाद में 'माय काम्फ' (Mein Kampf) (मेरा  संघर्ष) नाम से प्रकाशित हुई। इस किताब में उसने अपने विकृत विचार, अपने स्वप्न, लोकतंत्र के खिलाफ जहर, यहूदी और अन्य जनताओं के प्रति द्वेष व्यक्त किया।  जर्मनी की जनता ही सर्वोपरि है, संस्कारी है और जर्मन राष्ट्रवादी लोग ही विश्व के स्वामी बनने के लिए पैदा हुए हैं - ऐसे ही विचार उसने किताब में रखे। मोदी ने 1975 में संघर्ष के समय में भूगर्भ पत्रिकाएं लिखीं।  उन्होंने राष्ट्रवाद की बात की और अपने आप को सही ठहराया।  हिन्दू हित की भी बात  में आयी।  मोदी ने सबसे  पुस्तक लिखी 'संघर्ष माँ गुजरात' (आपात काल में गुजरात) और इस किताब की बहुत प्रशंसा हुई। 

        हिंदुस्तान में 1975 में श्रीमती इंदिरा गांधी ने आपातकाल घोषित किया।  इस समय में नरेंद्र मोदी आर एस एस (राष्ट्रीय स्वयं सेवक संघ) के लिए काम कर रहे थे, जिसके ज्यादातर सभी नेता जेल में थे।  मोदी और उनके साथियों को भी पुलिस ढूंढ रही थी।  नरेंद्र मोदी के नाम का भी वॉरंट निकला हुआ था। मोदी ने एक जगह विद्यार्थियों से बात करते हुए उस आपातकाल के बारे में स्कूली बच्चों को बताया, "मैं सभी लोगों से मिलना चाहता था, लोकतंत्र को वापस लाना चाहता था।  जो लोग जेल में थे उनके परिवारों को भी सम्भालना था।  इस समय में मेने लिखी किताब - 'संघर्ष में गुजरात' ". मोदी ने बताया कि पूरे 19 महिने तक वे आपातकाल में सिख के पोषक में रहे, ताकि पुलिस उनको पहचान न सके।

My dear friends,
I would like to give you some facts of realities today!

There are two methods of life – one, to work, second, to show. The Government of Gujarat has been showing as if it is functioning in a great or a true direction since last 12 or 13 years; but the truth is that it is wrong! The intellectual and witted people in the state have never shown interest in the current Government of Gujarat, led by Narendra Modi which is only making hypocrisy but not doing the true work for common men welfare.

       My friends, a family is led by the eldest of the family; and if he falls into a pit, entire family falls into the same! So, a chief minister or a prime minister is one who can lead the family into a pit if he himself goes towards the pit. English language has a good saying, a blind leads to a blind, and both fall into a pit!

           From today, we are going to begin a very nice series of ‘Hitler and Modi : Shining Similarities’ from here. I, after a very hard work for years, have collected some major points of both, Hitler and Modi. 

 
Here it is: General Story about Hitler :

        The story is not a Short Story of fiction or literature; but it is a true historical story of one Adolf Hitler who threatened the entire world once upon a time on this planet of earth! Adolf Hitler was born in Austria on April 20, 1889 in a common family. We know that the first World War had taken place from 1914 to 1919 but the Second One was to be begun by this Man himself; and Germany was preparing the situation for the same! Because, no elder was there to stop Hitler, to voice against him in Germany! The same scene is in Gujarat today, you can examine!

       There are many things similar into Hitler and the current rulers of Gujarat, I have seen. Hitler used to believe that every one who wasn’t a pure blooded German was low and filthy. Only one reason was there to kill people – those were appose to Hitler. The people were killed cruelly by Hitler’s accomplices in Germany.

        Hitler was born in Alois Schickelgruber and Kara Hitler’s family on April 20, 1889 in the town of Braunqu. When Hitler was young, his two siblings died of diphtheria and one died after birth. His father used to beat him when he was young of age, in childhood. His family moved to Passau when he was only 3 years of age. Hitler’s brother’s name was Elmond and sister’s name was Paula. Both were younger to him.

      However, Hitler could not get good education, but he wished to be a painter, artist. This dream of Hitler did not fulfill because he could not get admission into the Fine Arts Academy of Vienna where he was failed twice in the entrance examination. Then he turned to other things and then fell into politics.

      Hitler was very free in those days, when he had no way to go. When the World Was was over in 1919, Hitler was 31 years of age. He joined to a small political party of German workers, ‘German Labor Party’ and due to his fluent speech he could get a remarkable place in the party soon. There was much anger in his mind against the non-Germans, which he threw in his speeches. He then changed his party’s name into ‘National Social German Workers’ Party’, which was later known as Nazi Party or Hitler’s Party in History.

       He began to create a new structure of his new formed party and recruited former army men and unemployed people in the party. These people started to create an atmosphere of terror and threatening to people. The common man had only to surrender to Hitler’s people. The people of Hitler asked for money, helps, favors and support from people and the people had to do all of that. If anybody goes against them, he was beaten cruelly or killed. Because of all these, Hitler’s confidence was increasing, and once he made an attempt to depose the Government of Bavaria region but then he was imprisoned after he went unsuccessful in that attempt. That was the year of 1924 and he had to stay in jail for almost the entire year.

      In jail, he met to Rudolf Hess, who was another prisoner there. Both the prisoners were talking about an ideal society of their imagination and used to dream of that. Hitler made this Hess write his views and Hess wrote those thoughts. Later the writing was published in 1925 under the name ‘Mein Kampf’ (My struggle). In this book he outlined his political ideology and future plans for Germany. Second volume of this book was published 12 months later. This book was edited by Bernhard Stempfle, who was killed in the Night of the Long Knives by Hitler.

हांक रही गुजरात सरकार बड़ाई, कहीं दूर है उससे सच्चाई

गुजरात सरकार नंबर वन है !

जी हाँ, वह अपनी बड़ाई करने में, अपनी वाहवाही कराने में नंबर वन है।  वह अवार्ड लेने में नंबर वन है।  वह बातें करने में नंबर वन है, लेकिन हकीकत कुछ अलग ही देखने को मिल रही है। मैं आपको यहाँ एक के बाद एक ऐसे सत्य दिखाऊंगा कि आप वह देखने के बाद सोच में पड़ जाएँगे कि गुजरात में कितना काम हुआ और कितना दिखाया गया !

गुजरात का जानामाना दैनिक अखबार ‘सन्देश’ अपने फरवरी 20, 2014 के संस्करण में पांचवे पन्ने  पे लिखता है : (गुजरात में) विद्यार्थी अंग्रेजी पढ़ने में सब से पीछे, इ-लर्निंग में अनपढ़ ! सरकारी विद्यालयों में कम्पुटर हैं, शिक्षक नहीं ! यह है गुजरात का सत्य ! केंद्र सरकार की करोड़ों की ग्रांट कहाँ जाती है ? बात यहाँ पे ख़तम नहीं होती।  रिपोर्ट बताती है कि इ-गवर्नेंस के अवार्ड और प्रशस्ति पत्रों को पानेवाले गुजरात राज्य ने भारत सरकार कि करोड़ों की ग्रांट से राज्य के 20,502 विद्यालयों में कंप्यूटर लैब बनाई हैं।  करोड़ों के टेंडर के जरिये कम्प्यूटर्स खरीद लिए गए। आज वे सब धुल के फूल बन के पड़े रहे हैं ! बच्चे उनको देख के कहते हैं : ऐसे होते हैं कंप्यूटर ! गुजरात की स्कूलों में कंप्यूटर तो ला के रख दिए गए पर राज्य में 15,131 स्कूलों में केवल कंप्यूटर को-ऑर्डिनेटर से काम चलाना पड़ रहा है।  ये है गुजरात की हकीकत। गुजरात 28 वे स्थान पे :

भारत सरकार के मानव संसाधन मंत्रालय के द्वारा देश के सभी राज्यों में कक्षा पांच में पढ़ने वाले बच्चों का एक सर्वे हुआ था। शिक्षा में गुजरात 79.13 प्रतिशत समेत 12 वे क्रम पे है।  अंग्रेजी पढ़-लिख न सकने वाले बच्चों के साथ गुजरात 28 वे क्रम पे है और लिस्ट में पूरे कोने में है। याने के कक्षा 5 में अंग्रेजी जाननेवाले बच्चों की संख्या की दृष्ट्रि से 87.0  प्रतिशत के साथ पहला क्रम गोवा का आता है और 28 वे क्रम में गुजरात आता है जिसका प्रतिशत 7. 9 है।  बार बार बिहार की निंदा करनेवालों की आँखें खोल देनेवाली बात है कि बिहार भी इस सूची में 16 वे क्रम पे है और वहाँ पांचवी कक्षा में पढ़नेवाले 31.3 प्रतिशत बच्चों को अंग्रेजी अच्छी आती है।  अब आप सोचिये, कहाँ है गुजरात नंबर वन ?

वाइब्रेंट गुजरात कि हकीकत :

गुजरात में वाइब्रेंट के बहुत उत्सव होते रहते हैं और जनता के करोड़ों रुपयों को उड़ाया जाता है लेकिन उन सभी खर्च का कोई अच्छा नतीजा नहीं दिख रहा।  गुजरात की आर्थिक राजधानी अहमदाबाद में खुद 46 स्कूलों में कंप्यूटर लैब नहीं है।  इसी तरह आणंद, अमरेली, बनासकांठा, भावनगर समेत कई जिलों में कंप्यूटर लैब नहीं है।  सूरत में तो 1040 स्कुल ऐसी हैं जहाँ कंप्यूटर लैब नहीं है।  फिर भी ‘साहेब’ कहते हैं कि गुजरात नंबर वन !

गुजरात सरकार केंद्र की ग्रांट का उपयोग करती नहीं। सर्व शिक्षा अभियान के लिए केंद्र की जो भी ग्रांट मिलती है उसमे से 50 प्रतिशत ग्रांट तो गुजरात सरकार खर्च ही नहीं करती ! गुजरात में पढ़नेवाले कक्षा पांच के 66.9 प्रतिशत बच्चों को 99 तक भी गिनना नहीं आता ! राज्य में 60 लाख छात्रों के लिए व्यायाम शिक्षक नहीं हैं।  अगर गुजरात सरकार ने केंद्र की ग्रांट का सही उपयोग किया होता तो आज गुजरात में सही मायने में विकास हुआ होता लेकिन हकीकत यह है कि विकास के सन्दर्भ में गुजरात का क्रम 12 आता है।  गोवा और केरल की तुलना में गुजरात 12 वे क्रम पे है। और यह ‘राजन समिति’ की रिपोर्ट में सामने आया जिसमे मोदी के विकास का गुब्बारा फुट गया।

भाजपा की सरकारों के द्वारा भी गुजरात के दावे का विरोध : 

गांधीनगर के महात्मा मंदिर में अगस्त 2013 में आयोजित की गई पंचायती राज की नेशनल कोंफेंरन्स में हिस्सा लेने मध्य प्रदेश सरकार कीं अधिक सचिव अरुणा शर्मा ने कहा था कि देश के राज्यों में विकास केंद्र के सहकार से ही हुआ है।  गुजरात में विकास के आंकड़ों की जाल में उलज़ कर साधारण नागरिक बाकी रह गया है, ऐसा  भी उन्होंने कहा था।  वे मध्य प्रदेश में शिवराजसिंह चौहान की भाजपा सरकार की वरिष्ठ अधिकारी हैं।

यह सब इतने सारे सबूत हैं कि गुजरात को नंबर वन कहनेवालों कि मुह बंद हो जायेंगे, लेकिन वे यह स्वीकार करनेवाले नहीं हैं।  उनको तो अपने दावे ही अच्छे और सच्चे लगते हैं ! 

आज इतना ही ।

“Don’t protest; will be declared ‘Anti-Gujarat’ !

         A well known political scientist of Florence Niccolo Machiavelli had said that the politics have no relation with the morals. His quote is very relevant today in the context of Gujarat, the western state of India where the BJP-led government has been in reign since last 15 years! The BJP is a party which describes itself as a ‘Party With Difference’ but difference is not seen on the surface!

           Narendra Modi, the PM Candidate of BJP makes tour to the entire nation with his team and declares himself as the Only Savior of India before the public wherever he approaches for poll-centered public meetings in the nation. He takes oath of purity, describes himself as a sanyaasi (recluse) and shouts before public in a big noise against the Congress. The nation also has listened to his dirty words against Congress leaders like Soniya Gandhi and others initially when he had took over the reign of Gujarat in 2001. Modi used to speak very nuisance words like ‘kootri’ (a bitch), Rom nu raaj joiye ke Raam nu ? (You want Rome reign or of Lord Raam?). These were his initially lectures which appealed to the mass, and that was his big guilt because he made himself popular through the way of hatred.

         Modi forgot that people never forget words that proceed from the mouth of their leaders; one would find it very strange that even Modi captured the reign, sustained it and is still running the state, but not a single intellectual man or woman is at his side in the nation! Modi is a ruler who has wasted much money of the state’s poor public in his own praising through big posters and hoardings on public roads. The sum of Crores of Rupees was simply wasted in planning and presentations in the state! The Congress-Led Central government provides much money for building toilets for every home in the nation, but the Government of Gujarat always shouts of injustice from the Center. On the other hand, in spite of Gujarat’s claim of clean and green Gujarat, there are 44,49, 164 rural families have no facilities which are called ‘Toilets’ in Gujarat! So many poor families are forced to use public places for defecation in the state, even today! Zarkhand and Chhattisgadh are more better states in this regard than Gujarat.

        I am beginning my blog ‘Truth And Dare’ from today here with a wide aim that the people who have some concern to the mankind would think twice, thrice and many times before thinking something serious! I would also like to give account of the totally FALSE governance that the Government of Gujarat is giving with pride, the FALSE numbers of his achievements which are being decorated by it, the FALSE incidents of history which he sites in his public meetings at many places of the country, the FALSE allegations he makes against his rival parties and political rival persons.
